Mark your calendars now and plan to attend Big Bear Airport’s Air Fair 2007 "Wings Over Big Bear/Honoring Those Who Serve" on August 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m!  That Saturday the skies over Big Bear will be filled with the sights and sounds of vintage Warbirds from Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino, antique aircraft and many others. The grounds of Big Bear Airport will be full of aircraft displays which visitors will be able to view up close and talk to some of the pilots first hand. You can start your day with breakfast served by the Kiwanis, starting at 7:00 a.m. Enjoy our many food vendors, souvenir vendors and community group exhibits. This promises to be a wonderful event!

For pilots flying into the show: There will be a spot-landing contest, and aircraft can be judged in several categories such as Best of Show, People's Choice and more. Plaques will be awarded to the winners of these categories.

Fuel: Fuel will be available from the fuel trucks on a "first-come-first-serve" basis. Place your order with the fuel truck drivers who will be on the field; we will have one truck for 100LL and one for Jet A.

For aircraft within the showlines: There will be no engine running allowed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Contact a parking official in orange vest before departure.
